Having some weird problem with my z 10 .
I did use the search function but none resembled my problem.

My stl 100 - 1 doesn't charge more than 0 percent . Its on charge for more than an hour now but i dont see it increasing from 0 percent. Tried a wipe , reloaded the os , several battery pulls , kept the fone without the battery for half and hour and still its the same . Any help people ?

I tried to swap it with a friend who has a new phone and so a new battery . it immediately showed 0 percent. whereas when pluged back into his phone it was quite healthy

sounds like it is hardware problem, is it still under warranty? If security wipe and reload of OS is not helping...

Are you using the original charger that came with the phone? I guess you could chance trying to recalibrate it. Charge it for a few hours ignoring the status value. Then use it till it turns off. Then recharge it again. See if that helps.

    Good luck

    Friend had the same issue.
Swaped batteries with another z10 and charged both to 100%, took quite a while. Then swaped back.
It's a dead battery, and can be fixed.

Try a wipe and install the latest official release 10.2.1.2977 and see if that works. Remember you are using a leak as an everyday driver so its risky. Good Luck!
