STL 100-1 (10.2.1.3066) wanted easy way to get 10.3.1.1016

Hi All I just went through the leaked OSes page and finds that 10.3.1.1016 is a stable version with minimum complaints. I have a few questions and I am really sorry if they have been asked before:

1. What is difference between destructive and non destructive methods?
2. If something went wrong during installation can I get back to current software version?

I have STL 100-1 with OS 10.2.1.3066 and wanted to upgrade to 10.3.1.1016 using sachesi. Should I download autoloader first (please provide link) or what are the steps to follow as I can't understand core files, derrick or radio files.

Your help in this regard will much much appreciated.

In my signature are guides for doing a load of the OS using an autoloader or using Sachesi.
Choose your method.
The autoloader is much easier if you have never done this before. One file. It wipes everything though so you need to make a backup and then you can restore everything.

autoloader is destructive. Sachesi is non-destructive.
if something goes wrong, you can put your old OS back on your phone thru BB Link I believe.

Thanks Jaydee for your reply. U mean to say if I use Sachesi and something went wrong I can get my os back but if something went wrong with autoloader my mobile could be dead?
