This is I guess more of a request than a new thread:

Please consider addressing the battery-fit problems with the Z10 via a sticky post in the Z10 forum. This is clearly a widespread problem with the Z10 - a web search shows several people have posted good picture-tutorials on how solve the issue of random, impact-related reboots caused by ill-fitting batteries. A quick look at this forum illustrates how many Z10 users continue to be frustrated by the apparent instability of their phone.
I speak from the perspective of a veteran computer user and also a smartphone user from the beginning and it's taken me about 5 months to correctly diagnose the random reboots on my Z10.
Whilst this is a very disappointing lack of quality control, it's also very easy to fix (a couple of strips of masking tape on the blank end of the battery) and I think there are probably many Z10 users out there for whom this fix would be a revelation. It was literally the only thing wrong with the Z10 for me (even with OS 10.0).
If required, I'd be more than happy to create a thread with photos to illustrate the fix.

Yes this is a serious problem after 10.2.1 update. I have had no battery problems when I was on 10.2 , but just after updating to 10.2.1 there is a huge battery drain. I used to always post on other threads that my Z10 had the best battery life. I used to get more than 2 days with 10.2 but now it hardly last a day with very minimum usage. Other than the battery drain the update is really good.
