    Standby Battery Drain?-img_20141211_114700.png

    My Z10 has been draining battery at an extreme rate. Seems that Standby is taking it up mostly. It almost died overnight!

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Does it get slightly warm while idle? Every now and then mine does that and drains the battery like crazy. It's my signal to turn it completion off and then back on. Typically happens when I use a GPS app or sometimes an Android app. Guessing it's some app or the OS not releasing some resource correctly.

    Try a restart:

    Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

    If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

    Do you have apk apps installed? If so chances are high they are running in the background.

    Do as suggested above and reboot your phone. If you have apks try to not open them for 24 hrs see if you still experience drain.

    The rebooting didn't help. But I did notice that the phone still stayed on at 0%

    Do you think it's best to reload the OS?

    #Boilerkim it looks like your device monitor is not working. I don't think they have since 10.3.1.1133.

    Is your actual battery percentage on home screen reflect the same % as the DM?

    Standby drains my battery. Nothing running in the background. Using latest official OS PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2243 !
    Anyone can help ?
