I heard from an internal source @BB that since BlackBerry business is going bad, Blackberry Z10/30 is going to allow multiple boot for less secure with android and secure with QNX so users could buy a phone that enjoy both worlds !!!

This thread is funny. Good laughs all around. Too bad that I and many others wish it was true. I remember my older brother had an HTC HD2 that would boot up either Android or Windows phone. That phone was awesome. Just think about how much more useful the PlayBook would be if we could boot into Android. My PlayBooks wouldn't be collecting dust right now if that were the case.

Same with the BlackBerry 10 hardware we have now, how awesome will BB10 be if BlackBerry is sold off to a company that kills off the new platform? It isn't like BB10 is selling well, it still isn't even selling as well as the 2 year old BlackBerry phones are. So why would a company buy BlackBerry and spend billions of dollars to improve and market a platform that has already done so badly?

There is a real good chance that BlackBerry 10 will be as dead as WebOS is some time in the very near future. It would be nice to have the option to run other operating systems on the hardware we've already got. Look at how much more useful a HP touch pad is today compared to the PlayBook.
