I answer/make phone calls at my work desk using the speakerphone on my Z10 because I have unlimited minutes now and the speakerphone is awesome. I used to shy away from speakerphone on the 9930s because people who I were talking to couldn't hear me unless I raised my voice quite loudly.

I also get the convenience of moving around the office if I need to since the call is mobile. I manage a warehouse and find it very convenient to be able to move about the entire office depending on who I'm talking to on the phone or what I'm talking about.
