    When i'm listening on my z10 to my music (default music player) the sound suddenly goes to the max (I get a warning the sound is too high). I don't know why this is happening, it just happens random. The screen is off too. The os version is 10.2.0.1803.
    Help?

    Hi. Are you sure you are not hitting the side buttons to make the volume go up?

    Yeah I'm pretty sure. It still could be, any way to disable the volume keys? Maby they are bugged?
