Looks like I'm saying goodbye to BlackBerry.

I was super excited with the new OS 10 and extremely happy when I switched from an iPhone4S to the Z10. BEYOND happy... until all the problems occurred (random reboots, slow inbox, crashing apps, slow update role-outs). Unfortunately, after having it for a month and a half, Verizon let me return the device and now I'm going back to the iPhone (5 this time).

To all of you that have perfect Z10s, congrats and I really really really really extremely hope that BB becomes No.3 soon and that the OS gets updated to perfection. I wished it would have worked out for me, because the phone is beautiful, sleek and has a wonderful feel. It's just under Verizon the Z10 is crippled and it become detrimental to my work and my fast pace.

I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU BLACKBERRY! The upside: At least I'll still have BBM in a couple months.

I hope someone from BlackBerry sees this. I have a Z10 on T-Mobile and have had 0 of the problems you listed (though my phone did reboot a couple times, but was fixed entirely when I started loading leaked OS 10.1).

If Verizon doesn't expedite their testing process, this is the kind of thing that will happen more, where people like pretty much everything about the device itself, but the device is crippled because of old software.
