That really pissed me off. I downloaded a whole bunch of games planning to gradually delete them as I finish them but I was forced to delete a couple to stop the spam.

Then maybe you should consider moving or deleting existing files. Lol. It's funny but as long as it is almost full and you keep jamming stuff in it will keep reminding you. Is it full of apps or what? Is it absolutely necessary to use your phone with the internal memory nearly full?

Haha. You know, I just purchase them and not download them until I want to play them. I do that a lot on Amazon with their free app of the day. If it interests me I'll "purchase" it and then leave it in the cloud to try later.

I think I had almost half a gig remaining and it still bloody spammed me. It's internal storage by the way, not memory. Does it really need to remind on a daily basis? Or even more frequent? Every other mobile OS I've used , including the now ancient palmOS and pocket PC phone edition only prompted you if you tried to install something new that would exceed available space.

Just to be clear, it spams you repeatedly even if you haven't tried to add anything new in.

Same here. Had no problems with the app , but couldn't control the notifications . So , replaced with Snap. So far - no problems.

Yup I get that notification almost daily. It seems not having 1gig internal memory triggers the message. Def a pain.

It's my understanding that it's not a specific amount of space left (depending on the amount of storage available on the device) the warning kicks in after a certain percentage of the storage is filled
