This doesn't look like dead/stuck pixels to me. How could they all appear at once, guessing that you never saw them before? But if indeed they are stuck pixels, good luck with fixing them, as it is very luckluster process, much more prone to failure than to success.
The process of "fixing" these kind of pixels is either to gently massage display on that area, or to play specialised videos (there are plenty on YouTube) for couple of hours, or as long as stucked pixels disappear. Now, success rate of these kind of videos is not that great, but it doesn't cost you anything to try. Display massage is out of question, as it is hardly applicabke od mobile screens, because of their rigidness. Classic desktop screens are much easily repairable with massage, and I fixed myself few of them this way.
    Good luck.

Thank you for your answer! I will try those methods. I had never seen before those kind of stuck pixels. Maybe they are just burned? And if it so I guess there’s no chance to fix them by massage or videos. But as I said I’ll try your methods.

Already did this. These pixels just glow in white color. One of them glow red.

I have one red pixel at the very edge of my Z10 screen, on top left, and in many occations it is invisible. I have tried to play many of these "stuck pixel fix" videos, for many hours, but nothing happened, so I gave up. Like I said it is almost invisible, as it is above battery icon, and is not glowing that hard.
But your problem is much worse, and I guess it's extremely irritating seeing these dots. Like I said, try some of the videos, and the best way possible is over night. Connect your phone to charger before sleep, find one of these videos on YouTube, and leave it play overnight to see if anything will happen.

Here is one of videos, this one is lasting for 1 hour:

And here is another one, lasting for 10 hours:
