    I bought an app and it doesn't download it tells me this. Has anybody experienced this???

    Yes, you have to clear the BB World cache and re-open BB World.

    In BB World, swipe down from top. Tap Settings, top right.
    Tap the BB World version number. In 10.0 there is no visible reaction, so maybe tap it a few times to make sure you get it. In 10.1, you can see you hit it.
    Tap Back in bottom right.
    Swipe up to minimize, then long press the X until BB World closes. (Don't just tap it.)
    Re-open BB World, see if it's there in Available items in My World. When you open the app's listing, you should see Download button instead of price.

    If it didn't work, repeat clear cache instructions fully.
    Next perform a device reset. (NOT the same as a restart.)
    Hold down top button, for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, BB splashscreen again. I keep holding it down until I see the blue startup icon.
    After reboot, re-open BB World and see if it works now.

    Haha no worries! Just glad it worked.

    No idea why they have to work so hard to hide such "tricks" instead of just making it a visible troubleshooting option.

    Still never been to PHX except airport stopover. Only time in AR was day trip by rental car from LAS to Hoover Dam to Grand Canyon and back.
    Let you know if I'll be there so I can claim those donuts!
