Hi all ! I plan to buy a z10 but before i have some questions about it : how many time of "normal use" (text messages, emails, some web browsing and no gaming) do the battery last ? And how many time of more intensive use ? Do the 10.2.1 update improve the battery life ? Thanks

Although I'm sure you're proud of your 4500mah battery...that does not in any way answer the OP's questions.

My battery will last me 12 hours with normal use. I come back for work at 6 and still have like 30%
Extensive use it will last more like 8 hours.
The truth is though the Z10 battery literally varies from one to the next. There are so many different reports in battery life. I can only tell you from my personal experience.
I did not notice any significant changes to battery life after the update.

Of course it does 3 days is time, the stock battery won't get you through the day with moderate use

About a day tops. Those that say otherwise either don't use their phones normally or are telling a fib.

ABnormal battery. Don't think the Z10 comes with that.

I get 1 1/2 days use from the stock battery, so 36 hours. But I am not a heavy user. I do light web browsing, lots of email, light streaming radio.

Good on you! A second battery is recommended . It gives huge peace of mind and keeps the productivity humming.

An extra battery shouldn't cost too much. When I got the phone I also got the extra battery and charger pack for like 30$. I don't use it much, but it's always good to have a spare.

About 10-12 hours. Have a battery bundle so I don't stress over it.

No more than 12 hours. A great smartphone but what the hell were blackberry team thinking about when they decided to fit a small capacity battery in a device that you cannot stop using!

My Z10 lasts for 4-6 hours with me. I am a hardcore user. But normally, 10-12 hours on 3G. No wifi at office. Only wifi at home.
