    Problem is solved for now, sorry for any confusion!

    I have a STL100-1 Z10 works on Tmobile NA.
    It is "unlocked", well, at least that's how the seller described when I bought the phone.
    The original OS was 10.0, and I checked for OS update today and 10.1.0.4181 was available for update. So I went ahead and updated the OS.
    Everything went smooth, and I did a security wipe after the update.
    Now the phone cannot connect to my mobile network anymore. It indicates the update was successful and the OS is now 10.1.0.4181, but without mobile network.

    Any suggestions on what to do with this? Thanks in advance!

    First thing is first, did you reboot the device? You can also try pulling the battery if that doesnt work. You can back up the device and try a wipe as well, then upgrading again to see if that clears the issue.
