    After many thinkings, think and think again, and do trial and error, I found solution for fix phone app lag. Right now I back to OS 10.3.2.680 (Z10STL100-4/10.3.2.680) . Tired too after did many autoloaders, did wipe security twice, no result (phone app lag not fix), I did switch off sound dial pad tone and restart my device. Nice, I don't face any phone app lag again, it is 3 days now wihtout do restart device I don't experience phone app lag again when checking balance, no lag again when tap number in dial pad after finish end call, all works normal again.

    Here the screenshots turn off dial pad sound in normal profile:

    Note: Turn off dial pad tone and restart device after it works for my Z10, I can't make sure if your device will do the same or not

    Settings->Language and Input ->Feedback

    You can't actually switch it off - slide the volume slider all the way to the left

    In normal profil under setting, switch off the volume, this will make all sound include ringing tone, notification, all are switch off. So you need tick override volume under customize app notification for each apps that you would like to make it sound.

    By swipe left in feedback to zero, won'tmake dial tone off, you should switch profile volume in normal setting.

    Short answer, there is no solution for that annoyance, at least not a practical one.

    I tried Nikidroid's suggestion of turning keypad volume down - and the phone lag is finally gone for me.

    For app lag maybe, but for annoying dial pad tone, none so far, at least not a practical one.

    Yes, manual set for each apps that you would like to make it sound. Android is easier than BlackBerry 10. Secure but not so simple.

    Why did you choose BlackBerry then? It doesn't make sense to switch to complicated things like BlackBerry when you have simpler ones like android.

    First, I had planned long ago that I would like to give it a try BlackBerry Z10. How good of the OS, how about the system and everything
    Second, I sold my LG Android and save money (surplus) by buying BlackBerry Z10 for other more important need than buy expensive smartphone.

    I don't care about Android, even if I slide down volume in normal profile, the DIALpad (NOT the KEYpad) continues producing the tone.

    Still no luck; Besides I have to set a "silent" tone when I want to notice only certain contacts calling, if I do this (turning off sound in normal profile) , and since BB10 doesn't allow to assign ringtones to a group of contacts, every time I want mi configuration to work, I would need to change to silent tone more than 300 contacts, as I said not practical.

    Yes not practical, that's why I don't like the notification customized system.

    You really don't have to be sorry. Besides I've already learnt to live with it. Thanks anyway
