Recent problems :
Many people have been complaining that their IP addresses of their BlackBerry Z10 won't connect, but its happening because you're not supposed to use the ip address in the developement mode! It might sound strange, but its true.
Steps :
>Download DDPB and install it.
>Open DDPB and First input the ip address of the development mode in your BB along with the security password of your BB (must turn on Development mode in Security and privacy> Dev..).
It wil show connection error, but click ok anyways.
>Open Google chrome and navigate to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...lnikkp/related
>On the Webpage click " Add to Chrome " on the top right corner.
>It will ask you to add chrome, Click add.
>A new tab will open "PlayBook App Manager"
>Now on your BB, go to Settings>About>Category>Network and note down the IPv4 address eg: 192.168****
>Go back to playbook app manager on chrome and write down the IPv4 address that you noted down earlier and click save.
>Under "Manage Your Device" Click the host you just saved and open it.
>Now minimize google chrome and open DDPB.
>Now input the IPv4 address you noted down earlier along with password and click connect.
There you go. now your BB Z10 will connect to DDPB and if you want to add any applications eg: Whatsapp.bar - > then just click "Add" on the top>choose a file>check the box next to the app>click install below.

This post is not copied from anywhere, but its my own work.
**UPDATE**
To install whatsapp on your phone using the steps above, unrar the file which is attached. This file is the official beta for blackberry Z10 so you would be able to lookup contacts from your phone and send them messages through whatsapp which was not possible before.
