Recently i found out that the BB world app was not loading on my z10. But I found the solution ...To overcome the problem

1. GO to music app
2. tap 3 dots
3. open bb world
4. Wait for sometime

whoa... BB world opens ..Now close it and open BB world from the home original menu...

3. open bb world

None for for me. After pressing 3 dots don't have the option to open bob word. I tried all the mentioned in your post.
