Since I purchased my z10, this problem has been prominent, I want to find out if there is a remedy for it. My phone always just from 97 to 100 when charging and draing. What happened to 98 and 99?

Lithium-ion batteries usually aren't charged to 100% for safety reasons. The charging convention is to charge to 94-97% at which point the charging cycle is considered complete and shows 100%. Once you unplug and the level drops, the true charge is displayed.

Similarly, the battery never drains to zero. There's always some charge left to prevent negative discharge. The software might fake the level to avoid confusion eg showing 100% and 0% but only the battery internal circuitry knows the true level. Age of the battery might also be a factor.

They are buggy, I tried 10.3.1.1016 of recent and my android notification refused to respond, I had to go back to 10.2. Thanks though
