    Just thought I'd share this.

Today I deleted a native app called Rocketman from my phone by accident. So I went to BB World to try re-install it, but the "Download" icon was greyed out!

I thought that maybe I had made a mistake, and hadn't REALLY uninstalled it. But the app icon was nowhere to be found anywhere on my desktops and a universal search for the app brought up no results.

    Solution:
    1. Go into BB World.
    2. Click the "All" button in the lower left hand corner.
    3. Select "My World".
    4. Select "My Apps & Games".
    5. In the drop-down list at the top, select "Downloaded", and then scroll down to locate the app that won't re-install. Hopefully, the app will be there.
    6. If it is there, LONG PRESS on the app until the right slide-out menu appears.
    7. Click the trash icon in the slide-out menu.

This should fully delete the app, and you should now be able to re-install it.
