That would be very cool, seems like a kind of a cheap price, but who knows go for it maybe it'll turn out well!

It's a battery charger btw, that should be added to the tittle.

Will be nice to know how it works though

I would love to know how well this works. It would be great to have while camping this summer. I usually have battery drain due to constant music playing via the cup method on the boat.

I have one but much smaller. The solar takes a while to charge it but they should offer a way to plug and charge it.

Are they good? Or would you get a manual charging bundle (extra battery with charger)

I have one for the speakerphone/bluetooth in my truck. Smaller than that one. Keeps the speaker permanently charged. Not sure how it would work for a phone as I haven't tried it.

I believe it's where you place your phone speaker over, or whole phone in a cup and like it greatly amplifies the apparent volume.

Looks like it may work but I'm guessing that the charging speed won't be great.

We have one similar to this. I don't use it because my phone doesn't die halfway through the day like by brothers' iPhones, but it works pretty well. Usually it takes too long to charge via solar power, so we usually just plugged it into the wall.

However it's very nifty to bring along on a camping trip or anywhere that there are no electrical outlets.

No, don't get it. Go with Goal Zero, they are a proven brand. Amazon.com: Goal Zero 11800 Nomad 7 v2 Solar Panel: Patio, Lawn & Garden

I have one like this and it also outputs 12 volt. They have others as well. They also sell a bundle that includes a battery pack you can charge with the solar panels and then use to charge your phone or other device. The Goal Zero works very well.
