What does this update do?
I was given the prompt to reset now or later. You will need to reset, for sure.
See where it says "Blackberry 10 Applications"? And that it is 5MB?
That is not an OS update.
Most likely that is just your carrier pushing their own apps back to your device that you deleted.
People, keep the following in mind:
- Software bundle updates are frequently CARRIER or REGION SPECIFIC
- OS updates are MODEL-SPECIFIC. An update for Z10 model STL100-1 will generally NOT WORK on Z10 model STL100-2.
- The update you will get depends on which carrier you are activated on, or which carrier SIM you have installed in your device
- There are TWO different version numbers: 1) Software Release version, 2) OS Version
- The Software Release version is the usual number reported on the "Update" page. If you want to find the OS version, go to the "About" page (About / Category / OS)
- If you get an update notification that says "Applications", or if it does not update the "OS Version", or if it is very small (ie 5MB), it is NOT an OS upgrade. It could be either a small OS patch, or just your carrier trying to re-install some apps it loads on the device by default. (Usually because you deleted them. Rather than delete them, just move them to a "junk" or "unused" folder etc)

I updated yesterday. It's a but early to tell what the difference is but it does seem to be better on the battery front.

You should have have downloaded the update through BlackBerry's Update website and re-uploaded it somewhere.
What purpose would that serve?

Why is it that StarHub seems to be the slowest when it comes to BB OS update ???
I'm on .85 as well. No more updates since the last one. I'm on Rogers in Canada.

I'm still at 85 and I'm with Telus. Give it a day or two. They usually get the updates right after Rogers.
I am using a Z10 in India and I own a prepaid network connection in India and I started receiving annoying messages with cell broadcast: 50 . Please anyone let me know how can I switch off the network provider's cell broadcast messages.

Just tried my UK Vodafone SIM (purposely bought because Orange/EE are ********) and no joy via OTA

So i upgrade my device to 10.0.10.99 with Blackberry LINK
but after the upgrade my device showed me my previous OS
i can see improvments on third party app (android app from BB world work faster)
