    My new BlackBerry z10 was bought from ebay.the trouble is it is not showing software update(10.3.1) on my phone though it was released. Anyone plzz help

    Which variant of the Z10 are you using?
    Where are you located?
    Which network are going using?
    Have you tried link?

    If you don't want to answer any of those questions and save the time of troubleshooting, I suggest using an autoloader.
    You can search the forums for 10.3.1.2267 Autoloader and install it.
    PS: An autoloader will wipe your phone and data.
