So I've been noticing that I have to reset my Z10 often because apps, both native and third party, tend to freeze. Sometimes I notice this issue after charging the phone. Other times it's just randomly.

By the term freeze I mean it tends to stop responding. For example games will fail to open or settings menu becomes stuck on a dark screen.

Also I've noticed that sometimes my email fails to update until I reset the phone. Is this normal?

If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated.

That does sound like a software issue. Which OS are you using?

The earlier OS's a a number of quirky issues. The leaked OS 10.1.0.1627 has been reported to have solved a number of issues. But if you are going to install it just remember it hasn't been released by any of the carriers thus is unsupported by them. You would also need to make sure you back up you phone before loading it.
