Reading through all the negative posts with people acting like the issues are the end of the world.
Reading negative media, tearing into a new device, and usually misinformed.
Shorter battery life, auto correct failures when sending messages. Waiting on the next release of the OS to magically make it all better.

I'm not knocking the Z10 any more than I already have, but I finally think I know what it feels like to own an iPhone and be caught in the hysteria.

Well done Blackberry, that's a good start if you ask me.

Like any brand knows, negative media is free advertising, all they have to do now is come out the other end shining.

I know what you mean I work in retail and some of the stuff i sell gets negative reviews but when customers come in they are like wow it doesnt suck! ill have one lol

Any media attention is good if the the PR team can swing it this is what apple do very well lol

Honestly, I'm getting sick of it. I'm sure I will get one when it comes to the states, but I question it everyday. Yes any PR can be good PR but just remember, people love to hate BB so just viewing this forum makes them smile. Sometimes, I wonder if people use the free support that BB has provided.
