Read the forum I saw that people happy with their z10 call quality, but not me.
This is exactly what's happening on my z10: "...consistently noticed was a persistent haze of white background noise on every call...". The statement's come from CNET's BlackBerry Z10 review. And sadly, it's also my case.
I've already tweaked the audio call setting to "Bass Boost", and my OS version is 10.0.10.90.
Clearly the voice call quality of my Z10 is worse than my old BB 8310, my Lumia 710 as well.

Does anybody have solution? Please help.

    Thanks.

Why would you use bass boost for voice?

Wow, and I thought this phone has some of the best call quality I've experienced.

Maybe it's your carrier. Sounds clear over here on Verizon.

Can't say I've noticed the same, I get HDvoice calls on 3 as well now.

Do you know anyone with the same handset you can try and compare or maybe pop into a store and check to see if yours is different which could indicate a problem with the handset

AFAIK you will only get crisp clear calls when calling phones with HDAudio like Z10 and iphone 5. Everything else gives standard definition you would get on any old phone. Changing your audio equalizer won't help. You can try talking to your service provider. There is also a chance your speaker may be defective.

Im with AT&T, no complaints here with the call quality. Maybe the problem is with your carrier like everyone says here. What country and carrier are you from?

Maybe you're reasonable. But I just can't believe if it's about the carrier problem. It not happened with my old BB. I don't have HD voice as well. I'm in Vietnam , by the way.

HD voice makes it more clear and sharp. If the carrier does not support it, the volume will sound terrible at times. Even without HD voice, here with Rogers in Canada it sounds great.

It does depends on the carriers and location you are in. It could also be a speaker problem. No one knows tho.

Do you get anything similar when playing music or is it just during calls, have you tried using a wired or bt headset to rule out it being a hw failure on the speaker?

I honestly have no issues with call quality. Sounds like a manufacture defect; I would get it replaced.

Only problem is that his device will go from new to refurbished. That's why I hate calling Verizon about issues. I usually try fixing my issue before getting rid of my device. In my opinion refurbished phones come with more issues than the original phone. But that's just my opinion
