    I just spent ages getting my update to 10.1 and it went though both downloads and install then to the please wait and then bombshell update server not available so still have 10.90 and that is where I am staying

    Ya, carriers pretty much release their own versions of each OS. Add apps or make slight changes, test and push to consumer.
