    Hello all.

Like all fellow Z10 owners interested in taking down the app gap I have installed Snap some time ago. A while after installing it I checked how much space it took up and it was showing me 70mb. All good. Now it tells me it takes up about 250mb and I only have 2 small apps installed through Snap.

It's even stranger since I have ticked the option which tells the app to deleted the apk after installing it.

Any ideas on how I can clean Snap? And no, deleting the cache did not do much :P!

    Thanks!

You can manually find the files in your downloads folder.
If you can't find them then whenever the memory usage gets obscene ( 1 gig or something) just delete any reinstall it

I have already checked and there's nothing in the download folder coming from snap. I though that maybe it has a secondary storage place.

    Thanks!

There is also an option right at the bottom of Snap settings where you can choose 'Post-Install Behavior'. Change this to delete APK and it will save a lot of space!

Go to the settings and delete the cache.

I have Snap set to move apk's to my card after install.

One small issue is you have to hit the back arrow twice after installing or the apk isn't moved.

I then go to that folder and delete the old apk after updating an app.

By keeping the apk's of all my installed Android apps on my card I don't have to download them again after an OS reinstall.

I'd agree with Andrew, there's probably some form of cache besides the actual apk files that are downloaded.

    Hi,

Yes there is some cache, but it's something like 25 out of the total 250mb.
