    Hey guys I'm new here, so excuse me if I'm not complying with the rules of the site. I just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem that I am with snap apps. Before, when I used to install applications from Snap everything was fine, but let's say from mid December and on everything that I install doesn't work. Installation process goes fine and app appears on home screen, but if I try to open it it just doesn't happen. It starts, but it stays on black screen for a minute and then it crashes. And I've searched the forum here just for some general information and the apps that I try to install work on everyone...I just can't run anything (app e.g. - chrome browser, trivia crack game etc...)

    your runtime is probably too old to run the apps. just guessing that you might need to upgrade your OS.
    Have you recently installed a new OS? have you rebooted? Have you waited for a few minutes the first time you opened those apps?

    Yes, I have done a reboot prior to installation, after installation, around installation...I've pretty much tried everything I don't know what else it could be. I can't install a newer version of the software because it hasn't been released yet

    Not too many Android apps require Android 4.3, it's not the OS version. Something went wrong with Android Runtime on your BlackBerry.

    Install unnecessary android apps. Maybe this is the issue. I also got that problem with an android app. I deleted that app in device monitor than it works well..
