So I side loaded snap to download android apps but some apps need to be granted Google play services permissions how do I get all the apps to work with Google?

You don't. Apps that use Google Services will not work if they check for them at the start. Some apps will only have limited functionality.

There is a thread somewhere that has some hacks you can make but as far as I know it won't give you guarantee eveeything will work.
