    Hi all,
    When I send a text message (sms) it goes through successfully. When I reply to a text message that I have received, it never goes through. Shows as sent on my Z10, but is not received on the other end. Z10, on Verizon, with stock Verizon OS. Any ideas???

    Got it sorted out. After 2 hours on the phone, Verizon tech support, up to level 2, over to Blackberry, back to Verizon. Different guy at Verizon, had me open phone app, pull down from top, open settings, open smart dialing, and reset. Bingo, it works now!!

    Apparently, when replying to a text message, my phone was inserting 111 before the return phone number. Resetting he smart dialing corrected the issue.
