Have they fixed Smart Dialing in the leaked 10.1?

On my 9900 I have a choice to "Wait for my Response" which would present a dialog box asking if I wanted to send the extension numbers.

This option exists on my Z10 but it doesn't wait for my Response... it just waits 3 seconds and dials the extension numbers. This is important as when I call my office if a live person answers the phone they get an ear full of tones. I only need to send the extension after hours.

Is anyone else having this issue? Have I missed a setting somewhere?

Did you try the pause button, instead of wait?

I don't use either, when you have a phone number like 555-1212 X123 it will automatically dial the extension. There is a option that is supposed to wait until I confirm that I want to send the extension numbers or not (at least that's the way it worked on my 9900).

This is a great feature if you deal with business's that extensions. I'm really surprised that no one else has said anything regarding this feature.

I am having the same issue, it is driving me NUTS! It will not "wait for my response", only waits 3 seconds even though I did not select this option...how do I make it stop auto-dialling extensions???

I had the same problem after reloading my contacts on. I had to go in and remove the number and "wait" and extension, save and exit. Then put the number back in the same way and then when making a call the option will show up to "dial" the extension or not
