    What is the small hole on top of the Z10 beside the power button? I searched and apparently the q10 has 2 of them and they are used for noise cancellation. What about the Z10?

    That is used for noise cancellation in conjunction with the microphone towards the bottom of the phone

    Hy,
    well according to a little test we did when it was windy, there is no noise cancellation. You could hear the noise of the wind really loud.

    So, what is it? Is it broke? Which firmaware does it work with?
    I am running 10.1.0.4687 at the moment.

    It is not for blocking out strong wind noise blowing toward the mic, more like blocking the background noise in a car, shopping mall etc.
