    My z10 works very slow now. Plzz help me how can I increase my z10 processing speed.......i think in my phone have virus, is there any process to remove virus from my phone or delete use less files.......help me plzz

    Do a hard reset, hold both volume button, until BlackBerry logo appear and than release. hitting browser and location clear cookies.
