What OS version are you running and is this the first time downloading it?
Try refreshing BlackBerry World (in BlackBerry World swipe down from the top > Settings > General Settings > Refresh BlackBerry World)
Alternatively you could also try a device resert by holding the top power button and keep holding it until the blue starting up logo shows up

    What's your OS version?

Type in "myver" (without quotations marks) in your keyboard and it will automatically pop up.

    Mine is: Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.2141

If you don't update then your phone's OS will never be compatible with the app's requirements.

There's really nothing to be scared about, just make a backup before proceeding. Then after you've updated, just restore from backup, it's that simple. 10.2.1 is very stable and while it may be a huge jump from 10.0, it's worth it.

Try it on the wknd. If you're still skeptical, the best way to do it is to start fresh - from scratch. Do a security wipe before (and/or after) the update. Then start building from there.

    Hope this helps!

Some people do not suggest the wipe after installation.
I personally believe that one wipe before is sufficient.
