    As some of you may know BlackBerry had a promotion in which BB10 users were given a 3 month voucher for Skype. After I filled out the site to get the code it told me that I had until October 31st. So I waited until I needed it or until it was about to expire. I went to claim the code today October 30th and I got the following error: "Unknown error occurred. Please try again later."

    Can anyone help me?
