With my storm2, I was able to skip to the next email by sliding to the left or right when reading an email. When I do that on the Z10, i either go back to the hub, or to my applications screen. Is there a way to read the next email, or previous email without having to go back to the hub, and clicking on the next email on my screen?

Nope. You have to go back to the e-mail list/hub and select the next message.
    Another leap backwards.

This is a giant pain - it's surprising how many extra taps this simple task now entails.

Isn't it 1-2 extra taps or gestures? Doesn't seem like the end of the world IMHO.

A lot of people have brought this up. Hopefully BlackBerry listens and adds a way to handle this.

In the Hub, depending on your settings what you want to include inside it, emails + text messages + Facebook etc alerts are interspersed inside the Hub. You would eyeball what you want to read, wouldn't you? Wouldn't you want to scan which emails you want to read first, instead of opening up each email as they appear chronologically?

That's how I manage the hub. Every one has their own way of going through the hub I guess

I called tech support and logged a complaint about this. It's a major drawback. I like to go to my first work email for the day and then read through them chronologically because that's how people have been responding to the email.

Has anyone tried to pull up the keyboard and press p (for previous) or n (for next) and see if that works to go to previous/next email without going to the hub?

Not sure if this is a feature of higher 10.1 builds because I have .4543 but another member posted a way to do this. Start swiping right as though you are going back to the hub then up or down for previous and next email and that works. That was a great find by another CB member.

That would be a good solution for a future update. Doesn't work on Z10STL100-3/10.1.0.2074

Works perfectly for me on 10.2, another advantage is that i can decide to skip one or two mails depending on the sender/ topic
