    This morning I woke up to SIM not detected message on my z10. I shut the phone down, opened the back cover, removed the battery to access the SIM card. Pulled the SIM card out, put it back in, restarted my phone and it's still no recognizing it.

    Anyone have any ideas with what I can do to resolve this?

    z10-3 with 10.2.0.1743 on Rogers network

    Sounds like a faulty sim reader I have the same problem with my Q5 before this started did you get the sim stuck in the reader or have trouble removing it?

    No, the SIM card is a snug fit as it should be but not difficult to remove. Until today, I haven't touched the SIM since I bought the phone.

    I guess I'll take a walk to Rogers and get another SIM.

    SIM card itself was the culprit. Rogers changed it, problem solved. Thanks to 19andy91 and Gatmyer for all your help.
