    I updated to 10.2 last week when it came out and just tonight I'm noticing a message on the lock screen as well as when I pull down the settings window.

    On the lock screen at the top right it says "SIM not allowed" below the WiFi and Cell signal icons and then alternates to saying "Bell" (my carrier).

    On the settings dropdown it says the same thing. I can still make and receive calls and use data so I'm not really sure if this is legit or just a bug from 10.2.

    Is anyone else getting something similar or knows what the issue could be?

    Have you tried a reboot? Press and hold volume buttons until the phone reboots and the blue logo shows up? Give it a good five min before using again

    Reboot made the message go away, thanks! Wonder what caused it though.
