    2month I have an problem my sim signal automatically off and show emergency only then I out sim on phone then show and use and again 20 30 time in a day same problem

    You may want to contact your carrier. They can re-register your phone to their network, or supply you with a new SIM card.
    Also, I've used a soft microfiber cloth just to clean the metal contact on the SIM card.

    Thanks the suggestion but I'll check an other sim card same issue when I put into pocket the signals off and show emergency all day I can't touch the phone it's ok

    yes in pocket same problem when I restart then same problem when I signal off and turn on then same problem

    I think you belong to india and you own a Z10-STL100-2.
    And official device for India is Z10-STL100-1
    Might be you are having carrier and frequency band issue's
