Maybe with all these problems... you just have a bad phone.

You can reload the OS and see if it is a software issue, but if it's hardware you won't find too much help here. Try installing both the offical OS for your phone and the latest leak.

He's trying to tell you that your particular Z10 has a problem, not that all Z10 phones are bad. There are hundreds of different phones available on the market, hundreds of millions in circulation worldwide. I'm sure you can find the best one for you.
