It's because I wanna send my phone to the carrier to be repaired as my phone speaker is broken because I can't hear the caller when I receive a call. So is it ok that I don't delete the side loaded apps and send it to be repaired?

To be safe, I'd suggest you delete all side loaded apps and do a security wipe. Its never suggested to left the carrier or manufacturer have access to all your data anyway. Also, if you are on a leaked os, reinstall the latest supported os by your specific carrier.
