I haven't been keeping up with the news that they might be selling to Fairview(?) I think it was.
If this does happen is BB as good as gone in terms of selling hardware and software or is that company going to carry it on?

No one knows what the plans are. It's all speculation.
Personally, yes, I'm very worried about support for my devices and for BES for my agency. I won't lie.
I don't think any worry is required for BES because it is where BlackBerry is making most money now.
Yeah I think if Lazaridis buys BlackBerry back, he'll stop production for the consumer market and focus on his profit.
Which would be BIS.

BES I think. Although, he could resurrect bb7 and BIS.
I think they've already stopped production to the consumer lol. I don't think anymore phone are coming

They should just do like a special order thing going on.
That way, every purchaser of a BlackBerry 10 feels important and special.

Every second day there's a different player.
Can't worry about "mights'.
Life goes on and it's the least of my worries.
So the Z30 is the last device?

A recent study put BB10 almost neck and neck for user experience with Android, and far above Windows Phone 8. I think that even if the event that BlackBerry's IP gets scattered, someone will pick up on the devices, or at least the OS and carry on with it. I'd be more worried about the store front, and possibly some of the BlackBerry perks (like protect) that might go away. I'd have been delighted if BB Link disappeared entirely though!
I cannot see any new phones coming anytime soon, well not at least until the dust settles. It's way too much $$$ they don't have, they cannot waste it towards development, manufacturing and marketing. BlackBerry will be a scrooge moving forward, there's no money that they can afford to waste.
I don't think that existing shareholders want that either, especially if they want to maintain that $9/share offer from Fairfax.
