After switching to Airplane mode, in order to have a "radio-clean-non-sim-transmission" mode/load on my originally Vodafone-locked and then shop-unlocked Z10 , I logged it onto my home WiFi .

Then got a notification of SW Update 10.3.3.2137 and OS version 10.3.3.3216 . Took the plunge and let the Update install and then auto reboot. All this whilst ensuring external power connected, as have heard so many sad stories of those whose batteries emptied half way through an Update.

Phone works just the same as before, and maybe even just a tad more silky, swipe-wise.
Phone sim is a Tesco PAYG that uses the EE network, here in the UK.
Emails and texts and phone calls all sweet-as. So, looks like Z10 HAS been approved by Tesco/EE, regardless of wheter a carrier-supplied phone or not (mine is, as I said above, Vodafone-supplied and then shop-unlocked model that is now using another carrier's sim
The update was pushed tonight for me too, without the processes you carried out.

Unfortunately I had to make room for the update and removed Network Tools which is quite a large app by Tlayer, it now says Unavailable for this device, so I've lost that.

Sorry to hear about that. Maybe you could try contacting Network Tools for some support or advice over this issue.

I've reached out to Tlayer, hopefully they are still around.

Did you have a full backup? You may be able to do a selective restore of the app if Link still works for you.

Thanks for the reminder, I should have a fairly recent back up so I'll look into that.

That's OS Version 10.3.3.3216. The Software Release number is what the update shows you. Same OS.
So do we need to autoloader again using the 10.3.3..3216 because I just factory reset mine and its showing that OS version

Native WhatsApp is no longer available or working on BB10.

    Download WhatsApp from www.whatsapp.com/android.

Install app, tap OUTSIDE the box IF warned about Google Play Services.

    Run patch from BlackBerry World:

    http://appworld.blackberry.com/webst...ntent/60005088

You will need an SD card for this to work.

I'm sorry, but "....for z10 there is ON..." does not make sense.

There is absolutely no reason not to install the latest OS version 10.3.3.3216 on Z10 devices STL100-2, STL100-3, and STL100-4. If the user experiences any issues, then they can install an older 10.3.3.x version.

You cannot install 10.3.3.x on Z10 STL100-1 devices.

Yesterday, I changed to a new mobile carrier (Belong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telstra) and 24 hours later this update (10.3.3.2137) automatically downloaded and installed OTA. It won't connect to BlackBerry World, but that may have been the case prior to the new OS installing. Everything else on my Q10 which was working fine seems to be still working fine.

There’s couple of threads here on CrackBerry that explain how to fix the BBW problem.
