I have an issue with my NFC contact pins, every time I tap hard when typing I hear a rattle coming through it, I believe the back cover isn't fitting in its place that's why I get the noise. My question here is, if I changed the back cover, will the noise stop or will it still occur?

Whoa! How long has that rattle been in there? I would have sent it back for a replacement when I first heard that!!!
Ah I know that problem. I could press in the lower back cover on my phone and a crackling sound would follow. Very annoying. I bought a new back cover indeed and now it fits perfectly.
Since the day I got it.
But now it triggers easily.
It's not on the bottom part of the cover it's right under the camera.

Who's your carrier or is it an unlocked device?

I've always used the rule if it doesn't work right, or sound right, get it looked at or fixed because overtime old problems lead to new problem. Good luck!
