Shazam Microphone use In Blackberry Z10

hi there,

i have installed shazam on my BB Z10 as well as soundhound. but when i want to use my Shazam it says that the microphone is being used by another application. how can I give the Shazam preference to use the microphone?

Shazam doesn't work with BB10 sideloaded or otherwise. This is a common problem.
