I don't know what these are. But wifi controlling apps won't work as the wifi stack cannot be overridden by apps on BlackBerry for security reasons

Well, I think that apps like SHAREit and Zapya are really not available for Blackberry devices which might not help you.

Let me tell you that Blackberry Phones are little bit different than Android and iPhone (because BB has really nice security features which no other mobile phone in the world has) Hence apps like zapya, shareit and xender are officially not available for Blackberry devices. hope it helps.
