Does anyone know if you can create a home screen short cut on a Z10?

Because my LTE service chews up battery like crazy when I'm not near a WiFi hot spot I change my network settings often & would like to put the at&t mobile network settings screen as a shortcut on the home screen.

Theres an app called "mobile network" in bb world. Yup, literally named "mobile network".
It goes straight into the network options.
If u need to toggle ur wifi, of course, u need to manual go back one page but still faster, i think.
