    Help! None of my work email sent items are appearing in my hub since yesterday at 12:49 PM. Inbox and other folders are fine, as is my personal email. Running off of exchange server. No one left at my company that supports BlackBerry and they're all looking for a reason to make me switch. Loyal crackberry addict since 2001

    Are your folder settings set to sync?

    Go to the Hub->Settings->Email Accounts->Your Email->Edit Account-> Make sure sync email is on. And also tab "Edit folder Settings" and check to see if they are ticked

    If this ever happens again, try toggling the message display from single message to conversation view and back again in the Hub display settings. This forces a re-indexing of the messages and in my experience has resolved issues like this sometimes.

    In my experience it is only required rarely. Most of the people I have helped at work with this trick have never needed to do it again.
