Hi,

After upgrade firmware Z10_10.3.03.2205_STL100-1 I cannot conetc to ANY network: Orange, T-Mobile, even WiFi. Phone "stuck" on first two screens and says something like "cannot continue, no network connection".

Phone was branded Orange Polska (Poland) but simlock was removed officall way years ago.

Did you reboot your device? In most cases a reboot will complete the installation.
Other wise, you may have installed a corrupt file when upgrading, in which case, reinstall the file by downloading it to your computer and using your USB cable to reinstall the OS.
Once the cable is set DO NOT touch your device. The slightest movement can jar the cable connection which would cause a corrupt installation.

I do not suggest OTA!

Also, if you had any problems with the previous OS, which may have caused the present issue, do not reinstall your backup because you'll just be installing the problem again.
If that is the case, you're better off installing the new OS with an Autoloader, which will guarantee a clean install.

Go down the list.Click the first Z10 file. Right click, then download and download as zip.
When download is complete it will appear on the lower part of your PC desktop.
Unzip, plug in your device, set it down and double click the .exe file and DO NOT touch your device. You gonna want to but don't do it. (I'll be watching!!!)

Yes, I download exactly this file and upgrade by USB.

Your device (STL100-1) will NOT accept or run 10.3.3.xxxx. You will have to find and install a 10.3.2 autoloader for your device. I would recommend 10.3.2.2813. Do a search here on CB for autoloaders (Thurask has an invaluable repository) then run it from your PC to fix your device.

It is worse in the respect that you need to also install the android runtime fix from Blackberry World if you use .2888. 2813 is complete and requires no supplemental fix.
