i have done factory reset through PC by connecting USB cable with the help of blackberry link.. desktop software there was showing some error but my z10 started security on it's own.. 17 hours over still showing "security wipe on progress" i'm able to see the percentage is keeping increasing slowly(it came to 97%) but still in progress..any one suggest me what i need to do for further.?
It'll Complete eventually. And if it doesn't, what I know is that it's completely safe to reboot your phone at this point.
