Not sure what you are asking? Can you be a little more specific? Is scrolling not working in email?

Thanks for response. flickering happens, then you wait for sometime or switch on/off randomly, flicking stops sometimes, there is no specific pattern.

If you have Face10 installed, delete it.

There is nothing wrong with the OS, so it's not that.

You aren't describing your issue well enough for me to understand it.

The sentences in the mail are flickering. These keep on flickering till you switch off the set, they become steady for no specific reasons, this was exactly the same long back when I had Facebook 10 installed. I had F10 deleted during that time upon acting on your advice. Identical flickering is happening, please suggest what to do.

Flickering of Hub happens. After sometime it stops. Can this not be solved?

This behavior is not normal. It could probably be fixed by reloading the OS.

Also keep in mind, that heavy HTML emails could be the reason for some hiccups while scrolling through an e-mail. But there should be no flickering anyways.

Try the restart hub procedure. It's in the BB10 tips and tricks subforum.
